Overview

Communication that does not leave the Kingdom.

The platform is not connected to networks outside Saudi Arabia. It runs on a local self-managed server controlled from inside the Kingdom, replacing several global communication platforms that cannot guarantee against information leakage.

WebRTC military-grade end-to-end encryption on calls and video.

Chat, voice, video and meetings run over a secure local national cloud, with the entity retaining control of the server itself.

Collaborative portal
A portal carrying each participating entity’s own identity: news, instructions, alerts, announcements, activities and events map, and opinion polls.
Organisational control
Full entity control over building the organisational structure, its units, users and their permissions.
Relations network
Design of the internal and external relations network — contact bodies, persons, and institutional communication with them.
Work group formation
Formation of internal work groups — teams, committees, councils — with electronic workflow for their formation and placement on the digital map.
Partnership relations
Formal working relationships between participating entities, ensuring institutional communication between them.
Workspace management
Workspaces for daily work — the task map and strategic projects, under monitoring and delivery.
Components

Five components.

Four are in the platform today. The fifth is stated in the deck as under development.

Institutional relations structure
Work groups formed from the institution’s users with their objectives and scope; an approved external contact network with persons and their locations on the digital map; actual workspaces on activities and projects; and portal structure design.

Voice, video and chat
A personal network built from available users and contacts; individual or room-based text, voice and video chat; comments, likes, file and image attachment and voice recording; with an integrated mechanism for permissions, control and pre-provisioning.

Video meetings
Meeting preparation — planning, scheduling, agenda, approvals; the live meeting with its chats and recording of decisions and preliminary tasks; AI-generated meeting minutes with collaborative editing and signature by authorised parties; and summary, decisions and tasks approved and transferred to task management.

Collaborative institutional publishing
Management of a personal publishing and communication network; public posting of subjects and news with image and video attachment; and comments, likes, attachments and voice recording.

International strategic relations
Digital forum services for international relations, cooperation and participation; excellence in strategic management and administrative processing; shared calendar and events management including delegation visit preparation; shared task management; and collaborative document work — memoranda of understanding, contracts — covering editing, sharing, issuing, signing, delegation, certification and archiving.
